The Visitor Revisits The Sixth Sense
The Visitor revisits The Sixth Sense and finds himself still in love with it:
Most people would remember The Sixth Sense as only a horror movie, but the story is much richer than that. I am intrigued by how it explores the communication breakdown between the male characters and the female characters, the loneliness of suffering alone (all the characters do), of the barriers between people and the lack of trust among them. In the end, it is a ghost story that is more human than supernatural.
